About Tiffany
Tiffany is a free spirit and has been told she gives the BEST hugs. Her interest in yoga began in 1996, her first yoga class was in 1997. For her, it was an unforgettable transformative experience.
Since that first class, she has explored, practiced, and taught the healing science of yoga. She has earned certifications in Hatha Yoga, and Thai Yoga, she also earned a certification as an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist.
It was a Thai Yoga Massage certification that led her to Kripalu. At Kripalu, in the School of Ayurveda, she began to study and practice the science of Ayurveda. Shortly after completing that certification, she earned a master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Saint Francis. Her current “day job” title is a Behavior Consultant serving a population that has a diagnosis of autism, Down Syndrome, and/or other neurological disorders. She is fascinated with the human mind and behaviors. It has been a blessing and a challenge to integrate Eastern science into a population that often has poor support. Simple, inexpensive, and effective solutions.
When she’s not on her yoga mat, she’s on her paddle board, exploring in nature, thrifting, or spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys supporting local farmers’ markets, gardening, preparing, and sharing meals with her family. She serves as a Vice President board member for Giving Gardens of Indiana, a local not-for-profit whose mission is to create, educate, and connect communities through experiences in nature.
